Product Description

It is a clear example of the respect for the fruit-wood balance that characterizes the winery. Made with our best grapes, selected from the best plots located above 800 meters in altitude and settled on poor and mineral soils; where the thermal differences between day and night in the summer period cause a slow ripening of the grape, providing a high concentration of color and tannin.

Origin: Ribera del Duero, Spain

Aging: Aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels and another 10 months in the bottle.

Nose: Intense and of great complexity, in which aromas of very ripe black fruits coexist in harmony with roasted aromas, notes of cocoa, balsamics, and minerals provided by its aging in barrels.

Mouth: It is a round wine on the palate, with a generous step and a powerful and long finish.

Pairing: Perfect for consuming with meats.
