It is the second wine of Château Haut-Brion and is born from the same vines used for the first. Therefore, as the second wine of a Premier Grand Cru Classé, Le Clarence de Haut-Brion is also one of the most sought-after Bordeaux wines. It is an excellent pedagogical opportunity before discovering Château Haut-Brion. Its name dates back to 2007 (previously called Bahans de Haut-Brion) and is in honor of the Clarence family, current owners of the Château.
