Origin: IGP Principauté d’Orange, Rhône Sud (Violès) – France. Varieties; Viognier 50%, Picpoul (Piquepoul Blanc) 30% and Marsanne 20%. Aging: 75% fermented in French oak barrels and 25% in stainless steel. Nose: aromatic complexity reminiscent of an exquisite combination of toasts from the barrel, citrus, and tropical fruits. flint, apricot dry, marshmallow, pink, and violet. Mouth: A wine of pleasant acidity, tasty texture and creaminess, perceptible intensity, liveliness, and pleasant ending. Optional pairings among others: Ceviches, sushi, fish, shellfish, rice, pasta (in sauce white), and fresh cheeses to modern intense.
