Origin: Tunuyán (Vista Flores), Valle de Uco, Mendoza Argentina. Varieties: v Ageing: French Oak, 12 months, 60%. Nose: Scented, combines floral and berry notes crushed. Cherries and plums stand out, on a spicy background and a slight mineral touch. Mouth: Firm entry. Fresh fruits are perceived in their journey, accompanied by some warm tannins and fair acidity. Provides good balance and texture, moderate intensity, and a rich finish. Optional pairings among others: Oily fish grilled, likewise white meats.
