Origin: The best valleys of Chile. Varieties: Carmenère 85%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Malbec 2%, Syrah 2% and Aspirant Bouchet 1%. Ageing: Stainless steel. Nose: Expressive. Interesting combination of fruits black and red like blackberries, sour cherries, and cassis laced with black pepper, cocoa, and mocha. Mouth: marked entry. Its black fruits stand out, with spices, and hints of peppers. Punctual acidity in harmony with friendly tannins, creamy texture, moderate intensity, and pleasant finish. Optional pairings among others: Dishes with peppers, spicy food, oily fish, rabbit, chicken, tenderloin, grilled meats, and cheeses semi-cured or spiced.
