Origin: AOC Médoc (Bordeaux) – France Varieties: Merlot 65% and Cabernet Sauvignon 35%. Aging: French Oak, 12 months. Nose: proposes an aromatic range of reminiscent of black fruits such as currants and blackberries. It is accompanied by subtle mineral notes, tobacco, and Pepper. Mouth: enters showing freshness, black fruit and spices dominate the middle of the mouth. Intensity, warm tannin, its acidity, and alcohol show good balance in conjunction with the nuances of the breeding. Its minerality leads to a medium finish and pleasant. Optional pairings among others: White meats and red. Small game, duck, lamb, and cow or mixed cheeses, semi-cured to mature.
