Origin: AOC Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux – France. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 52.5% and Merlot.47.5%. Aging: French Oak, 18 months. Nose: perfumed. Remember blueberries, currants black, earthy, and mineral notes, as well as spicy touches. Mouth: Sign at your entrance. black and red fruits are pronounced in the middle of the mouth together with the spices. Good balance overall. Deep, very well structured, and intense. Pleasant and marked finish. Optional pairings among others: hunting, duck, red meat cuts; filet mignon, loin, new york, lamb, and medium to mature cheeses.
