Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón’s comments; The Denominazione di Origine Controllata = DOC, Delle Venezie, is the most recent denomination in northeastern Italy. It was established in 2017 to protect and promote Pinot Grigio, a wine that represents Italy worldwide. It includes the Veneto and Friuli Venezia-Giulia regions and the province of Trento. It covers an area with a wide variety of climates and soils, specialized in the cultivation and vinification of various strains, and historically in the production of Pinot Grigio. Returning to its origin, when it was vinified in its original color, as the grape is not white, but of a pinkish-grayish color. Also known as Ramato. A very attractive wine that invites the discovery of this noble variety. Full of freshness and expressive fruitiness.

Origin: Veneto (Piave River Area) – Italy.

Aging: Stainless steel. 12-hour maceration. 4 months of contact on lees.

Nose: Delicate aromatic expression. Predominantly citrus notes, complemented by white and red fruits.
