Gentle entry. Seductive fruit expression in which ripe fruits stand out. It is dense, exquisitely balanced, sweet tannins, its acidity provides vivacity and also proposes a subtle minerality. It is intense, round, very fine and pleasant until its long finish.

Oily fish, pâté, suckling lamb, pork, chicken, lamb and red meats. With mature cheeses, this wine will be your best companion.

In this wine we will find the maximum expression of a Malbec monovarietal, whose vineyard is only 1.5 ha, cultivated in 1,932. Structure, finesse, roundness and exquisiteness will seduce your palate. Limited average production of only 5,000 bottles. The name of the wine is created in reverence to the founder.
