Expressive. Fuses red and black fruits, mainly ripe and intertwined with notes of cedar, tobacco, and a mineral background.

Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón’s Comments: Winemaker Xavier Ausàs has a great resume in his professional career, highlighting 25 years at the mystical Vega Sicilia winery. In 2015 (first harvest) he ventured into this personal project. It is the result of his personal interpretation of Ribera del Duero; its climate, soils, and vineyards, to the point that he carries out plot vinifications to respect the effect of each of the terrains, cold macerations for fruit extraction, and different fermentation temperatures to try to respect the uniqueness of each origin. Limited production of 35,000 bottles. Great finesse, balance, and roundness stand out in every sip of this GREAT wine.
