Palate

It has very good acidity and balance from the entry. It is an expressive wine, with a delicious texture, fruity expression, and a perceptible tension in the mid-palate. It advances, opening the way for mineral sensations accompanied by dried herbs. It is very long on the palate and has a pleasant finish.

Pairings

It is a wine for after-dinner conversation. However, it will pair very well with fatty red meats in general, lamb, kid, game, and mature cheeses.
