Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón’s Comments: This wine is made from the Château’s youngest vineyards (10 years old). Limited production of 12,000 bottles.

Additional Information

Origin: Sauternes, Bordeaux – France.

Varieties: 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc.

Aging: Stainless steel.

Nose: Very fragrant. Apricot, orange, and honey.

Palate: Unctuous entry. Acidity well balanced with its sweetness. Semi-sweet, medium body, and pleasant finish.

Optional Pairings: Pates or Foie Gras, spicy or highly seasoned food. Fruit salad, nuts, blue cheeses, fruit or citrus-based desserts.
