This Dijon mustard has been prepared from old recipes and traditionally: seeds have been grinded with a millstone which preserve gustatory qualities to the pastry. It has a spicy, lightly sweet and with note of vinegar flavour.
Mustard is employed to prepare either hot or cold sauces, or as a dish accompaniment.
Water, mustard seeds, sugar, honey (7,5%), salt, PGI Modena balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar with sulfites, grape must with sulfites, coloring agent: E150d with sulfites), antioxidant: potassium disulphite, acidifying agent: citric acid, spices.
