Origin: Aconcagua Valley, Chile Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 91%, Carmenère 7%, Syrah 1% and Aspirant Bouchet 1%. Ageing: French barrel, 12 months. Nose: Aromatic. Memories will come to us both red and black fruits, fresh and mature. They complement touches of wood and spices. Mouth: Warm at the entrance. We will perceive its fruit ripens immediately, integrated with sensations spiced. Intensity, balance, and elegance we will enjoy until its marked end. Optional pairings among others: Oily fish (red snapper, tuna, salmon), spicy dishes, pasta, white and red meats, as well as cheeses fresh or semi-cured.
