Nose: Noted for its finesse and elegance, intense toasted, spicy and red fruit aromas balsamic. Palate: From the outset, elegant, it shows with tannins silky touches of spices and red fruits, as well as the touch of vanilla and toast. A good balance between acidity and alcohol. Pairing: Iberian sausages, grilled meats (white or red), roasts, small game, lamb, and semi-cured to mature cheeses Sommelier Comments or Relevant Aspects The name of Vista Alegre has its origin in the beauty of a landscape dominated by old vineyards that are combined with the silhouette of the Sierra de Cantabria and the flow of the Ebro river. That path full of color “enjoyed the eyes of passers-by” which came to be called “Vista Alegre”.
