Origin: Ribera del Duero

Varieties: Tinto Fino (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (12.5%), and Merlot (12.5%)

Aging: Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, resting for at least 12 more months in the bottle before being released to the market.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Notes of very ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry compote with hints of green currant, as well as notes of tobacco and cedar.

Mouth: Enveloping, voluminous mouthfeel with great texture. Excellent acidity level, long finish, and depth.

Food Pairing: Excellent for accompanying desserts, especially those made with dark chocolate.
