Valduero Una Cepa Premium is a collector’s wine produced only in exceptional vintages with a very limited production. The entire production process is 100% manual, ensuring that the wine is never touched by machinery. The grapes are sourced from vineyards over 50–70 years old, located at an altitude of 890 meters in clay and limestone soils, with a yield of barely 1,000 kg per hectare. Indigenous yeasts are used to bring out the unique character and personality of the terroir.
