Nose: Perfumed. It offers a delicious aromatic range in which notes of tropical and citrus fruits like apricot, peach, apple, pineapple, and grapefruit are fused.

Palate: Lively at the entry. It advances delighting with its tropical and citrus fruit flavors. Lightness, freshness, and smoothness throughout its path until its faint finish.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with salads, antipasti, fish, and seafood.

This wine is a limited edition of 23,200 bottles (2018), coming from a vineyard of only 10 hectares located in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The wine is presented with Origin Certification. Wine of the Land of Castile and León. It was not until 2019 that the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Ribera del Duero included the production of white wines from this variety. Albillo Mayor is a native variety of this famous region. It is a smooth, tasty, very pleasant wine that is easy to enjoy. A great alternative.
