Grape: 70% Verdejo, 30% Sauvignon Blanc Origin: Mancha – Spain 2022 Alcohol content: 11.5%
Vineyard: 700-800 meters high, sustainable methods, soils poor in nutrients and rich in limestone, scarce rain Vinification: The Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully fermented between 15-17 degrees centigrade, for 10-12 days. The wines are later stored in stainless steel tanks until are ready to bottle.
Pairing: summer salads, substitutes for fish or grilled chicken, creamy rice dishes, or pasta. Enjoy it at 6-8 degrees Celsius. Screw the wine, it can keep cool after 2-4 open days.
