Origin: Tupungato Valley (Mendoza) – Argentina. Variety: Malbec 100%. Ageing: American Oak (70%) and French, 7 months. Nose: Scented, it delights us with an exquisite combination of fresh red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and plums, accompanied by spicy touches such as black pepper and cinnamon. Mouth: Smooth entry. Flavors stand out fruity, in harmony with the right acidity, body light to moderately intense, reaching a spicy finish. Optional pairings among others: Fish oily, Argentine empanadas, pasta, pizzas, rice with meat, white and red meat as well as semi-cured cheeses.
