Product Description

Nose: Aromatic. Displays ripe red and black fruits. Spices and a subtle background of vanilla, balsamic and leather.

Mouth: Friendly entry. Advances proposing the flavors of the fruits found in the nose, as well as spicy touches. Proposes a successful acidity, mature tannins, balanced and intense. Pleasant medium finish.

Optional pairings, among others: Pastas (red sauces), pizzas, grilled white or red meats (ideally), lamb, game and medium-aged or spicy cheeses.

Sommelier comments: The grape comes from the slopes of a Single Vineyard of only 5 hectares. It is located in one of the highest areas of Sicily, where the thermal amplitude is marked, which allows it to gain a greater aromatic and taste expression. Boutique wine of only 50,000 bottles.
