Product Description

Santa Margherita Rosé is a balanced union and synergy of white and red grape varieties. Chardonnay is the main white variety used, along with Sauvignon Blanc and other indigenous white varieties grown locally. The wine takes its delicate pink hue from the Pinot Nero red grapes. Each variety is vinified separately before being blended as a rosé. The Pinot Nero grapes are vinified as red wine for about 5 days; to ensure the wine retains its color, freshness, and acidity, malolactic fermentation is not performed.
