Product Description

Origin: Gualtallary (Uco Valley), Mendoza – Argentina.

Variety(ies): 100% Cabernet Franc.

Aging: French Oak, 12 months (50% new and 50% second use).

Nose: Aromatic. It reminds us of notes of fresh red fruit and jam, such as cherries and raspberries. Light menthol, vanilla, and tobacco touches are added.

Mouth: The entry into the mouth reveals soft and sweet tannins. It fills with its liveliness, harmony, and warmth. Great finesse and roundness, which transports us to a vibrant aftertaste of pleasant persistence.

Pairing: White meats such as chicken, veal, rabbit, and pork. Also goes well with osso buco, meatballs, and beef cuts in general, from tenderloin to New York steak. A very good companion for aged cow or sheep cheeses.
