Villabáñez and Sardón de Duero (Valladolid) Castilla y León, Spain.

Variety

Tinto Fino 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 24%, Malbec 3%, Merlot 2% and Syrah 1%.

Aging

French oak, 20 months.

Nose

Wide aromatic range, ripe plum, black licorice, spicy tones of pepper, on a smoky and graphite background.

Mouth

Velvety and enveloping from the start. It shows warm tannins, tasty texture, harmony and remarkable elegance. Notes of thyme are added to provide freshness, as well as notes of chocolate and cocoa that enhance a long and pleasant finish.
