Product Description

Color: Straw yellow color with greenish hues that indicate youth. Very clean and bright.

Nose: Aroma of medium-high intensity and complex. Fresh tropical fruits such as pineapple and citrus aromas stand out, along with white fruit (apple), and herbaceous (boxwood and fennel), typical of the Verdejo variety.

Mouth: Dry wine, with an entry that surprises by joining freshness and moderate and balanced natural acidity with the roundness, body and structure provided by aging on fine lees. Slightly bitter, characteristic of Verdejo and with a long persistence that leaves a pleasant memory of the wine in the mouth.

Pairing: White fish, tuna, sushi, rice with seafood, paella, pasta, Asian food, chicken, fresh or blue cheeses.
