Nose

Lovely. Fresh and ripe red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, and plum. Faint earthy memories, tobacco leaves, and vanilla.

Palate

Warm entry. Advances with a succulent fruitiness, predominating the flavors of its red fruits and a faint mineral touch. Ripe and silky, with well-polished tannins, structured and a pleasant finish.

Tuna, salmon, trout, veal, chicken, pork, rabbit, turkey, tenderloin. Fresh and somewhat creamy cheeses.
