Sommelier’s Comments

Inspired by the famous Romeo and Juliet wall in Verona, the name “Passimento” is derived from the fusion of “Passion and Sentiment” (Passione e Sentimento). This wine is crafted using the outstanding and ancestral “Appassimento” technique of the Veneto region. Its production process follows the same method as Amarone, but over a shorter duration. This results in a distinctive, flavorful, balanced, sensual, and highly pleasant wine. The use of the Garganega variety is a novel proposal in our market. Pasqua is a family-owned winery known for its constant innovation and research, aiming to produce wines with a modern style and excellent value in terms of quality and price.
