A rosé like no other! It hits the market in January, following the harvest. This wine is crafted by blending red and white varieties. The name “11 Minutes” refers to the pressing time of the grapes—specifically, the 11 minutes of contact between the pulp, where the coloring matter is concentrated, and the must. It has an alcoholic content of 12.5% vol and a residual sugar level of 6 g/l. Pasqua is a family winery known for its constant innovation and research aimed at the continuous improvement of its products. Raw Materials and Ingredients
