Description

The Negev desert is an extreme terroir, exceptional for growing flavorful wine grapes. At 850 meters high, it is a desert terroir where temperatures are quite warm during the day. At night, due to elevation, it becomes quite cool. The soils are sandy and of low fertility. Perfect conditions for Chenin Blanc.
