Origin: Aconcagua Valley, Coast – Chile. Variety: Pinot Noir 100%. Ageing: French Oak, 10 months (40%). Nose: Scented in which the fruits predominate fresh and ripe reds such as cherries and red currants. Accompany floral fragrances wild and violet Just like candy melts between faint notes of fresh and sweet tobacco milk. Mouth: friendly entrance, fresh fruity persistence, soft and warm tannins, harmonic level of acidity, earthy touches that provide a character differential, medium body, and paint finish. Optional pairing among others: Trout, tuna, salmon, turkey, chicken, and veal chops. pesto pasta, Mushroom Risotto, and Sushi. Loin and cheeses were fresh and half ripe or creamy.
