Aging: Vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (95%) and in barrels (5%) with Batonnage.

Nose: Immediately reveals the elegance of an aromatic bouquet that subtly combines fresh fruit, citrus notes, and white flowers.

Palate: Full, rich, and complex texture, aromas of white peaches, perfectly balanced by natural acidity and minerality with saline and chalky notes, typical of the Provençal terroir. The finish is magnificent, of great length and slightly iodized saline notes.

Pairing: Spicy food, slightly hot. Sushi, sashimi, Mexican, Thai, and Indian food. Fish, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine.

Product Description

Miraval rosé is a wonderful blend of fruity aromas and freshness, made from exceptional terroirs near the village of Correns, just north of Brignoles in the heart of Provence. The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. With direct pressing for Cinsault, Grenache, and the Rolle variety (called Vermentino in the Provence area). The Syrah is partially vinified using the “bleeding” (saignée) method; this is the variety that gives the exquisite pink tone of this wine.
