This seductive wine is made with two of the most famous grapes from the renowned Crozes-Hermitage appellation, whose AOC was created in 1937 and is located in the northern part of the Rhône Valley, between the Hermitage and Saint-Joseph appellations. The old vineyards from which it originates are over 20 years old, resulting in very ripe, high-quality fruit. This white is one of the most exquisite French wines, offering a novel and exciting adventure for the palate. A very interesting blend in which the Marsanne provides smoothness and creaminess (fat) and the Roussanne provides acidity and structure (tension). Complex, intense, and very tasty. Mouth: Lively entry. It advances with fruit flavors balanced with an exquisite minerality that adds complexity and depth; the richness of the Marsanne in harmony with the acidity of the Roussanne makes the palate vibrate, filling it with balance and intensity.

Pairing and Service

Pairings: Fish, seafood, pasta in white sauces or with mushrooms, rice, and white meats. Creamy cheeses pair very well.

Service Tips: Serve in a Riedel Degustazione or Veritas Cabernet – Merlot glass. Best enjoyed ideally at 12°C.
