Product Description

The Vintage “Cosecha” are wines made with grapes from a single year (indicated on the label). They tend to be more exclusive as they are made in the best harvests. The percentage of each variety used in the production of this rosé has been determined by the winemaker to integrate the best of each. It offers an exquisite harmony of nuances where concentration, fruitiness, density, and freshness converge. It is a Brut with a dosage of 8 g/l.

Pinot Noir 67% and Chardonnay 33%.

Aging

4 years of maturation on lees and a rest of at least 6 months after disgorgement.

Nose

A complex bouquet dominated by an almost minty freshness and acidulated fruits, wild strawberry, and raspberry. Spicy and smoky accents appear later, followed by notes of dried fruits, toasted almonds, and cocoa beans.

Mouth

A round, fleshy, and broad attack. The texture is silky, featuring ripe fruits accompanied by hazelnut and cocoa bean nuances. It has a long, fresh finish with mineral notes.

Pairing

Ideal for preparations with intense flavors, whether due to the cooking technique like grilling, or sauces and ingredients that enhance the intensity of the dish.
