Serve at 15 °C -18 °C | Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding drastic temperature variations. Harvest by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration for 15 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25 °C- 28 °C with maceration for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aged for 12 months in second and third use French and American oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
