Origin: AOC Saint Emilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux, France. Varieties: Merlot 79% and Cabernet Franc 21%. Aging: French oak, 18 months. Nose: Scented, proposes memories of blackberries, blueberries, currants, and plums. Mouth: Warm at the entrance. flavors intermingle of red and black fruits as well as a mineral touch. It proposes a delicate balance, friendly tannins, good structure, and elegant and pleasant finish. Optional pairings among others: Fish oily, white meats, loin, and tenderloin as well as semi-cured cheeses.
