Origin: AOC Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy – France Variety: Chardonnay 100%. Aging: French Oak, 12 months. Nose: Aromatic. I love its bouquet, which proposes a harmonious combination of notes of white flowers, vanilla, and fresh hazelnut. Mouth: Enveloping entrance, advances showing its opulence, intensity, freshness, and minerality. Very good balance, rich texture, and marked finish. Optional pairings among others: Creams, crustaceans, mollusks. Risottos, pasta, meat white, and cured cheeses.
