Aging

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Nose

Exuberant and youthful red fruits, where raspberry and blackberry predominate. The aroma is elevated with fresh touches of roses and violets. Notes of white pepper and dark chocolate complete this deep bouquet.

Palate

Dense, balanced, and voluptuous on the palate. Shows roundness and a harmonious mixture of fruity and balsamic flavors. Well-defined, firm, and integrated tannins along with a fresh and fine acidity on a long and persistent fruity finish.

Pairing

General tapas, salmon, tuna, red snapper, paella, white meats, and red meats. Meat stews or casseroles, as well as fresh to semi-cured cheeses.
