Tasting Notes

Nose: Perfumed. Blueberries, blackberries, cherries, raspberries and subtle floral notes reminiscent of violet and toasted and chocolatey touches.

Mouth: Warm entry. Fills its exquisite fruit, which recalls cherries and raspberries. Mineral touches (mushrooms) are added. Accompanied by silky tannins and freshness that lead us to a pleasant finish.

Food Pairings

Ideal with tomato-based dishes, pastas, lasagna, oily fish, white meats, and red meats. Fresh to semi-cured cheeses, particularly goat cheeses, are also excellent matches.
