Color: Attractive intense yellow color with bright reflections.

Nose: This wine opens with a complex nose and a beautiful aromatic range that combines notes of ripe fruit such as plums and candied orange sublimated by a touch of ginger.

Mouth: Well balanced and dense, the mouth opens with a frank attack and a pleasant acidity, perceiving notes of candied fruit. The long finish is elegant thanks to a delicate bitterness.

Pairing: Ceviches, sushi, fish, seafood, rice, pasta (in white sauce) and fresh to moderately intense cheeses.
