750ml Emilio Moro – Malleolus de Valderramiro (Alpiste)
Origin: DO Ribera del Duero – Spain. Variety: Tinto Fino 100%. Ageing: French Oak, 18 months, and Malolactic in American oak (double barrel). Nose: predominance of ripe black fruits, a marked minerality, accompanied by aromas roasted, roasted, spicy notes, cocoa, and tobacco. Mouth: the first impression you gave us is of intensity, it opens showing us its concentration, its exquisitely ripe fruit (mainly black), spicy flavors also, some very kind and polished tannins, subtle mineral and toasted notes permeate our palate to that pronounced finish. Optional pairings among others: Hunting, cuts beef, lamb, and mature cheeses. Enjoying it by itself on most occasions is memorable.
