Origin: DOCa Rioja Alavesa – Spain. Variety: Tempranillo 100%. Ageing: French and American oak, 6 months. Nose: perfumed. Frank’s expression of black fruits and reds. Spicy touches such as vanilla and cloves and subtle toasted notes. Palate: Its entrance is warm, it is velvety, strongly developing notes of red fruits well mature. Good structure and balance, body medium. In the aftertaste notes of roasted, vanilla, and light balsamic touches. Optional pairings among others: Tapas in general, charcuterie, fish, paellas, pasta, chicken, rabbit, pork, tenderloin, and fresh cheeses.
