Origin: AOC Gevrey-Chambertin 1ᴱᴱ Cru, Burgundy – France. Variety: Pinot Noir 100%. Aging: French Oak, 18 months. Nose: Intensely perfumed. unfold a variety of aromas of ripe fruit, cedar, graphite, and licorice. Mouth: Silky is his attack. The fruit wraps immediately the palate with its maturity, an exquisite harmony throughout its journey. Acidity is punctual and successful with the right passage through the barrel which gives it creaminess and roundness. Very good structure and fineness. Velvety finish. Optional pairings among others: Chicken fricassee, roasted duck breast, tenderloin, lamb and cheeses mature. Ideally served at 15°C.
