Product Description

Origin: Puente Alto, Chile.

Varieties: 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot, and 1% Merlot.

Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels (55% new and 45% second use).

Nose: It presents a great aromatic expression, where notes of small red fruits mainly stand out.

Palate: A friendly attack on the palate, continuing with a perfect balance in flavors and a finish of good length.

Food Pairings

Red meats, especially lamb, and wild game meats prepared in various ways: baked, stewed, or in preparations with red wine sauces, mushrooms, rosemary, and tomatoes, among others. It also pairs well with different terrines and pâtés, especially duck with truffles, as well as cow or goat cheeses, whether dry and aged or creamy.
