Description
Origin: D.O. Montsant – Spain. Varieties: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel lo Elaboration: Selection and elaboration of the grapes by separate. Low-temperature fermentation to obtain a wine with the maximum aromas of its own fruit. Subsequently, the second fermentation in the bottle for about 15 months. Nose: Intense. Second-class tertiary aromas fermentation as pastries are combined with aromas of first fermentation and give it its own character. Mouth: Soft and silky, its carbonic content gives it freshness and liveliness, maintaining its persistence in the mouth for a long time. Optional pairings among others: Rice dishes fish, mixed rice, capon and popular, Quail and partridge, Rabbit and hare, Crustaceans, Cured sausages, Entrecote, T-bone steak and Sirloin, cured ham, shell mollusks, Duck, Whitefish, Fish with sauce, Chicken oven roasted.
