Product Description

Sommelier Randall Calderón Chacón’s comments: Prosecco Rosé, a total novelty in the world of this famous sparkling wine (mainly). Its first harvest (millesimato) was in 2019. Extra Dry is the most consumed version of this Italian wine.

Origin: Veneto – Italy.

Varieties: Glera 85% and Pinot Nero 15%.

Production Method: Charmat.

Nose: It offers intense notes of red fruits intertwined with faint hints of white fruit and floral touches.

Palate: Delicate bubbles that invite a soft and very pleasant entry. A very good harmony is perceived between the fresh fruit, the tingling of the bubbles, and a well-judged acidity. Light and pleasant.

Optional Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, antipastos, sushi, seafood soup, fish, pastas in light sauces, and fresh cheeses.
