Origin: Montalcino – Tuscany.

Aging: French oak (60% new and 40% second use); 18 months.

Nose: Aromatic. It is spicy, with pleasant notes of red and black berries, fresh and ripe, with a subtle mineral background and sensations of tobacco and graphite.

Palate: Good balance is perceived from its entry, intense but well-integrated tannins, fresh-ripe fruit well balanced with a very punctual acidity that adds an exquisite texture and harmony. Good structure and intensity in general. Its finish is long and persistent.

Pairings: Risottos, pastas, red meats, lamb, duck and mature cheeses.

Raw Materials and Ingredients

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Petit Verdot 30%, Merlot 25% and Sangiovese 5%.
