Varieties

Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Merlot 25% and Sangiovese 25%.

Aging

French oak (used barrels and vats); 12 months.

Nose

Intense with aromas reminiscent of floral notes, a mix of red berries along with hints of caramel.

Palate

Warm at the entry. In the middle of the palate, it offers freshness, friendly tannins, almost sweet and very well integrated, its intensity is moderate, it is full of vivacity and leaves a slightly spicy finish.

Pasta, pizzas, lean white and red meats, as well as fresh to semi-cured cheeses.
