Alexander White Grappa, created from a blend of the most famous vines in northeast Italy, is produced through three distillation phases at different temperatures. The process is carried out in traditional copper stills, which allow for vacuum distillation to better protect the aromas, using a water bath heating system that is indirect and more delicate. Before bottling, this sophisticated Grappa is aged in steel tanks for nearly six months, enhancing its aromatic profile and smoothness.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense and strong, it is characterized by its cleanliness, fresh and fruity notes of berries, floral hints, and a delicate, slight finish of dried fruit.

Traditionally, it is used to “correct” espresso coffee; in the Veneto and Friuli regions, it is used to dilute the last drops of coffee remaining at the bottom of the cup (Resentin), providing a pleasant sensation of well-being and energy.
