Our steel cut oats are the perfect addition to your gluten free diet! Our gluten free oats undergo R5 ELISA testing. These oats are then processed and packaged in our 100% dedicated gluten free facility and tested again to ensure they meet our strict standards.
Oats are a delicious, nutritious breakfast. While the cooking time for steel cut oats is longer than many rolled oats, you can easily make steel cut oatmeal in a slow cooker. They’re also ideal for overnight oats!
Although a tiny fraction of the population cannot tolerate even the purest gluten free oats, most will find oats to be a deliciously welcomed addition to their diets. If you're unsure, please consult first with your doctor.

| At last, oats that people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can enjoy, too! All of the oat groats we receive undergo an R5 ELISA test to ensure they contain no more than 19 parts per million of gluten. Our groats are then steamed and rolled to create the ideal texture. Finally, unlike our regular rolled oats, our gluten free grains are packaged in our dedicated facility and tested for to make sure they adhere to our strict protocols.
Ask the person next to you to name all the ways of cooking oats, and "as oatmeal porridge, for breakfast," would be the likely answer, followed quickly by "baked goods like oatmeal cookies, granola, and granola bars." | Just like our steel cut and Scottish oatmeal, these quick-cooking oats are made from 100% whole grain oat groats. Nothing is removed during processing, which means you get all of the nutritional benefits of the bran, endosperm and germ in your bowl. The soft, creamy texture of this oatmeal is so flavorful and indulgent, you almost forget it’s packed with fiber and plant-based protein!
The high fiber content of oatmeal may help reduce the risk of heart disease—whether you eat steel cut, extra thick or regular oatmeal. But our quick oats are the perfect balance of flavor and convenience. Use them to make overnight oats in the fridge, or create your own recipe for a dry oatmeal mix: place oats in an airtight container and toss in chia or flaxseeds, nuts and dried fruit.
