4x180g Beef Hamburger Patties (Mono ConGO)
Angus ground beef, fresh basil, diced shallots, spiced with cajun seasoning, salt/pepper and bound by egg and panko which keeps meat tender and juicy even when cooked to medium-well. (Serves 4 x 180 g/6 oz patties. Comes frozen) Pairs well with Mono ConGO hamburger buns.
Grilling: Grill on medium-low heat for 5 or 6 minutes per side. Grill until juice is clear or when burgers are cooked to your liking.
Baking: Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put thawed burgers on an ungreased baking sheet or oven rack. Set the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Cook for 6-7 minutes. Flip each burger and cook for additional 6-7 minutes.
